I just finished reading “Eat That Frog” by Brian Tracy.
The notion is based on a quote by Mark Twain. If you start each day by eating a live frog, the rest of your day will be easy.
Tracy distills this concept to explain the need for you to tackle your most unpleasant tasks first. Prioritize your work so that you work on what things you have been putting off. The rest of your day will be a breeze.
It’s not a long book and can easily be read in one sitting. The concepts contained are powerful.
This is the kind of volume that should be kept near by as there are amazing nuggets of wisdom.

There are other tips contained in “Eat That Frog” which will really help your productivity. The entire concept is to make you more productive.
